Jet Blue's "WOW!" distraction....

I've flown Jet Blue Airlines four times.  Leather seats, friendly flight attendants, and a video screen/player for every passenger.  Lots of WOW! factors.  Only one problem - every Jet Blue flight I took was delayed. Seriously delayed. Travel & Leisure magazine lists Jet Blue as being the worst airline in the country for on-time arrivals.  "WOW!" factors can't overcome a lack of performance on the basics.  Stay focused on what your customers value most.  Win "inside the box" and you win it all.
